Terms of Service

Effective May 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeagueLooper (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LeagueLooper helps fans plan multi-city sports stadium tours by generating optimized travel itineraries from publicly available schedule data for professional sports leagues (MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS). The Service is provided “as is” and is intended for personal, non-commercial trip planning.

3. Account Responsibilities

Authentication is provided by Clerk. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from the Service beyond what the public API permits.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
  • Use the Service to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person.
  • Resell or redistribute generated schedules or trip data as a commercial product without written permission.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates any law.

5. Intellectual Property

LeagueLooper, including its name, logo, source code, generated schedules, and curated content, is owned by the operator of the Service. Game schedules and team data are sourced from public APIs and remain the property of their respective leagues. You retain ownership of trip notes, photos, and other content you submit, but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service.

6. Third-Party Services & Bookings

The Service may link to third-party booking, ticketing, lodging, or transportation providers. We are not responsible for purchases made with those providers, the accuracy of their inventory or pricing, cancellations, refunds, or any disputes that arise from those transactions. Game schedules, times, and venues can change; always confirm details with the official source before booking.

7. Affiliate Disclosure

LeagueLooper participates or may participate in affiliate programs with travel and ticketing providers. When you click certain links and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which schedules or routes are recommended — recommendations are generated algorithmically from your filters.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of game schedules, travel-time estimates, cost projections, or any generated itinerary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeagueLooper and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeagueLooper, its operator, and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]; deletion cascades to your saved schedules, trips, and trip items.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
